— Luggage Storage — There are several luggage storage options near our accommodation. Please search 'luggage storage' near Southern Cross Station. — Noise Policy — We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine. — Keys and towels — + Please note: due to the building policy limitations, we provide one set of key and fob per reservation. We provide one set of towel per person per stay. + Plase note: the Key storage service for this peroprty is 24/7, which means you can check-in or check-out at anytimed during the day. — TV — Please note we do not have a free-to-air TV. It is a Smart TV which connects to online streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube. The TV is a small one. — High-rise apartments and street noise — Due to the property’s proximity to the train station, some noise from trains and surrounding traffic may be heard from time to time. For guests who are sensitive to sound, we strongly recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, we kindly suggest considering alternative accommodation options to ensure a more suitable stay. — Condition of the property — Please note that this property is the owner’s personal home and has been carefully looked after for many years. As it is not a brand-new apartment, you may notice some general wear and tear on the apartment and furnishings, which is normal for a home with history and character. If you are looking for a brand-new or hotel-style property, we kindly recommend considering alternative accommodation that may better suit your expectations. Please note that the large burner on the stove is currently experiencing some issues. — Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs — Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
