We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk (Coles is a 30 second walk), specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements. Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly contact you and to see what we can do to refill the stock. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. No Littering from the Balcony Policy: for the safety and cleanliness of our community, guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any objects, including cigarette butts, food, or trash, from the balcony. Violations may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of your stay. Please dispose of all waste responsibly. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
