The entire property, excluding the self-contained unit on the side. -- Backyard -- Please note that the backyard, including the garden area, is currently closed due to ongoing gardening and maintenance works. Certain sections are under construction, and for your safety, we kindly ask that you do not enter the backyard. Guests who choose to access this area do so at their own risk. Additionally, the garage is being used to store the owner's personal belongings and is not accessible to guests at this time. -- Parking -- The house is situated on a hillside, and the driveway is quite steep, which may not be suitable for some vehicles. However, parking is available at the front of the property, with space for up to three cars. Please take extra care when parking, as the parking platform does not have a physical boundary. After driving up the driveway, do not turn right, as that area belongs to the neighbour. Our designated parking area is to the left, in front of the garage. Be cautious when turning left at the top of the driveway.
