However, it is not connected to free-to-air television channels. — Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs — Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request. You will enjoy the exclusive use of the entire space, including two seperate levels. There are living areas on both levels and two kitchens on both levels. One king bed and a bathroom down stairs and two bedrooms with ensuite upstairs. Both levels have a balcony and dining tables.
