Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine. — Keys and towels — Please note: due to the building policy limitations, we provide one set of key and fob per reservation. We provide one set of towel per person per stay. — TV — Please note we do not have a free-to-air TV. It is a Smart TV which connects to online streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube. — Sofa bed — Please note: The listing is set up for a group of up to 4 guests. If you wish to add additional guests, please check with the host first. The sofa bed is available upon request and will only be prepared for groups of 5 guests. For bookings of 1 to 4 guests, the sofa bed will not be set up, and additional bedding will not be provided. — High-rise apartments and street noise — As this is a high-rise apartment, you may occasionally hear ambient wind noise during periods of extreme weather. This is a normal characteristic of buildings of this height and design.
