Unfortunately, it isn’t brand-new, so there may be some issues in the house due to its age. However, many parts have been recently upgraded — such as the appliances, stove, and Internet systems. To avoid fines and immediate eviction, all guests must comply with the following: + No outdoor activities are allowed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, including use of the swimming pool, BBQ area, or any social gatherings. + If we receive any neighbour complaints or detect loud noise or music during quiet hours, immediate eviction will apply without exception. + This rule is enforced with a NoiseAware system and supported by Airbnb’s strict no-party policy. Thank you for your cooperation. — Commercial Use — If you are considering using the premise for commercial use, please contact beforehand. There will be additional charges involved. — Simple Pantry — Pudding's Home has a very simple pantry for your use during your stay, including instant coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk, specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements. Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly order the necessary items and have them delivered directly to your door via Amazon, typically within 48 hours or sooner. — Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs — Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $150 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
